This is an opportunity to get active and meet new people all while experiencing the GREAT outdoors. A few things to note:

Trail distance: 3 miles

Difficulty: Easy

Price: FREE

This is a BYOWB event…Bring your own water bottle 🤭!

Location: Rock Creek Park 5200 Glover Rd NW Washington,D.C. 20015

Meet Up Time: 9:30AM

Hike Time: 10AM-12:30PM

We will partake in a pre-hike meditation session.

Dress Code: Although there is no specific dress code, please dress comfy. We highly recommend that you wear sneakers or hiking boots.
