George Daniels BDAY Celebration & Coat Drive

The celebration has been created to honor a Black business owner whose career has touched the lives of many around the world for over 50 years. The self-proclaimed Barnum and Bailey of Black Retail helped to launch and sustain many of today’s iconic artists and his presence on the West Side of Chicago served as inspiration for those in that community. Many of the meet and greets held at his store were an opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with many of their favorite artists.
