Garden of Her is happy to announce Sol & Sound, an outdoor sound healing experience with musical vibes by DJ Yoda @starboy____yoda and a healing sound bath led by sound bowl practitioner, Italia @solhealingwithItalia. Sound healing uses aspects of music, sound waves, and high vibrational frequencies to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. During this pandemic and amidst the racial tensions plaguing the black community, there has been a robust need for healing and unity. We have been fighting, marching, protesting, and isolating ourselves from our traditional therapies. Sol & Sound is an opportunity for those affected by the fight for black lives to decompress and tend to their spiritual wounds. Not to mention @crackedcrabz will be serving their delicious seafood boil. 😋 So, bring a blanket, bring some snacks, and come vibe with us on Sunday at 4PM at LA High Memorial Park! Face masks required. Allies are welcome.
